Digital.CEO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Digital.CEO has implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed infringements and for processing such claims in accordance with the law.

Please note that under the DMCA, claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, court costs, and attorney’s fees.

Digital.CEO will, in accordance with the DMCA, replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days after receipt of the counter notification, unless Digital.CEO’s designated agent first receives notice from the original claimant that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Digital.CEO’s network or system.
